Conversational AI Software Provider Enterprise Bot Joins Alliance to Enhance AI for Businesses 

ZURICH, June 14, 2021 -- Zurich-based Enterprise Bot today has announced a new strategic collaboration with Automation Anywhere, a leader in robotic process automation (RPA), and has joined their Technology Alliance Program. By collaborating with Automation Anywhere, Enterprise Bot will be able to deploy RPA solutions to leverage the power of conversational AI. Enterprise Bot’s hyper-automation tool Blitzico will be prompted when it identifies an RPA job that can be automated, enabling business operations and customer service responses to run seamlessly. With the help of Blitzico’s compatible API endpoints that integrate easily with Automation Anywhere’s platform, customers will be able to interact easily with organizations’ systems through a unified channel. In addition, implementing chatbots to perform technical tasks will allow employees to focus on more analytical activities, making enterprises’ internal operations more sophisticated and effective.

According to research by Statista, the number of digital voice assistants in use will reach 8.4 billion units worldwide by 2024. In the United States alone, there are currently more than 110 million virtual assistant users.
