Accenture Completes Acquisition of Zielpuls
KRONBERG and MUNICH, June 3, 2019 – Accenture has completed the acquisition of Zielpuls, a technology consultancy headquartered in Germany. It was first announced on April 30. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Zielpuls is joining Accenture Industry X.0, which helps clients master the digital reinvention of industry. The acquisition strengthens its capabilities in the design of smart products and services for automotive companies. It will also be expanded to support clients in the medical technology, industrial equipment and high-tech industries.
Zielpuls provides architecture, development, engineering and management services for complex digital products and services. Founded in 2008, it brings a team of 190 highly skilled professionals with a background in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Zielpuls is headquartered in Munich and has offices in Wolfsburg and Hanover, Germany, Shanghai and Beijing, China.
