Live Interview of SEC Commissioner at HPC + AI Wall Street 2020 Tomorrow
NEW YORK, September 14, 2020 – HPC + AI Wall Street will be broadcasting a live episode of Chris Brummer’s weekly Fintech Beat podcast at 11am EDT on September 15, 2020. “We are excited to host Chris, founder of Fintech Beat, and his guest, SEC Commissioner Hester M. Peirce, as they discuss the opportunities and challenges in the global financial markets” said Jem Pagan, Conference Chair, HPC + AI Wall Street. FinTech Beat tackles the challenges erupting at the intersection of finance, tech, and policy every Tuesday from the studios of CQ Roll Call.
Headliner Kristin Boggiano, Co-Founder and President of CrossTower and founder of the Digital Asset Regulatory Legal Alliance (DARLA), will be joining us at 3:15pm EDT. Kristin will be speaking on “What’s Driving the Maturation of the Digital Asset Class, and Who’s Behind the Wheel?” Her session examines recent regulatory developments, DeFi versus CFi, and institutional trends that drive the maturation of the digital asset class.
HPC + AI Wall Street 2020 opens with an analyst outlook on market trends for HPC + AI in finance, followed by a keynote that invites one to rethink and refresh the framework for the future of money. Sunayna Tuteja, Head of Digital Assets and Blockchain, TD Ameritrade, asks “Are you cryptocurious?” in her keynote, “Leaning Into Digital Assets Guided by the Voice of the Consumer.” The afternoon program will feature a keynote from Ritesh Jain, (Former) COO, Global Head of Digital Technology Foundation, HSBC, who will speak on the topic: “It’s Not Just Open Banking, It’s a Journey Towards Open Finance.”
HPC + AI Wall Street will provide two tracks of content, one for the C-suite and one for technology enthusiasts. The Leadership Track examines how risk, security, and privacy can be seen as providing sustained growth, looks at how real-time data differentiates you from the pack, and invites a conversion about the opportunities provided by money going digital. The Technology Track digs into the new infrastructure choices required by AI and advanced analytics, and explores how design centered around data is the happy medium between designing “one size fits all” solutions and having a special-purpose system for every problem.
In addition to the conference, HPC + AI Wall Street serves as a meeting place for Financial Services professionals, who can connect with Speakers, Advisory Board members, and peers in a Networking Lounge or a dedicated Women in FinServ Lounge. The event also features a virtual trade show of exhibitor booths that showcase the latest tech that powers Financial Services, a Tech Meetup on Reconfigurable High Performance / AI Computing, and a Show Party to complete the day. A Kids Zone provides an assist to those who are working from home and find it challenging to attend a conference with little ones needing to be kept engaged.
