Corsa Security Secures Additional $7M in Funding

OTTAWA, Ontario, June 25, 2020 – Corsa Security announced it has secured an additional $7 million in funding from Roadmap Capital. The funds will be used to further propel the adoption of its revolutionary Network Security Virtualization Platform. Corsa Security has seen increasing momentum since its last round of funding, with the launch of the Corsa Security Orchestrator, the expansion of its Network Security Ecosystem Program with the signing of several key channel partners, and its selection by Spider Digital as the platform for a large National telecommunications network.

“We are at a pivotal time in our company’s growth,” said Eduardo Cervantes, CEO and Board Chair, Corsa Security. “We are seeing more and more interest in the market as enterprises recognize they need a fundamentally new approach to scaling network security – one that allows them to dynamically add traffic inspection capacity at the touch of a button. This funding allows us to bring our solution to even more customers, enabling them to examine 100% of their traffic without the costly investment in specialized, single-purpose hardware.”

Corsa Security has created the first turnkey network security virtualization platform that simplifies how large enterprises scale traffic inspection at much lower total cost of ownership (TCO). By tightly integrating virtualization with intelligent orchestration, the platform streamlines deployment, management and operations of virtualized next generation firewall (NGFW) arrays for large networks.
