German Government Deploys Oracle Enterprise 

Bundesagentur für Arbeit has deployed Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c to provide a comprehensive management solution for its Oracle application platform. Supporting more than 6 million customers and with the rapid growth of its IT department, BA needed a management solution to help increase IT efficiency, while decreasing complexity.

Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c manages thousands of Oracle WebLogic Server instances across the test, stage, and production environments within the BA data centers. These Oracle WebLogic Server instances -- expected to grow to more than ten thousand in the near future -- span more than 150 physical servers and host over 5,000 application deployments.

The combination of Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Enterprise Manager gives BA the availability, scalability and performance they need to meet their business requirements, while significantly reducing administrative costs.

Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c enables BA to improve availability, performance and service levels of deployed applications through proactive monitoring of the applications as well as their underlying infrastructure. In addition, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c enables BA to generate ad hoc views and custom reports for visualizing the health of their Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
